Metallurgica Bresciana is proud to announce its certification process according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice on gender equality. This strategic commitment aims to create an increasingly inclusive and equitable work environment that enhances the talent of each individual.
In keeping with the values ​​promoted by this certification—which aims to reduce the gender gap in all its forms—the company intends to demonstrate its support and participation in the International   Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
Through this process and our participation in initiatives such as this one, we reaffirm our belief that promoting equality and respect in the workplace is a fundamental pillar for building a society in which gender-based violence no longer has any place.
